Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of 5Star (5star.co.in), operated by R97 Media, based in Hyderabad, India. By subscribing, you agree to them. We have kept them short and honest.

The service

5Star manages your Google Business Profile. At onboarding we fix your Profile Foundation: your category, services, attributes, description and photos. We then reply to reviews on your profile and, on the Reviews + Posts plan, publish posts to it. Replies to 4 and 5 star reviews are posted automatically. Reviews rated 3 stars or below are sent to your WhatsApp for approval first. If you do not respond within 24 hours, the drafted reply is posted so the review does not sit unanswered. We also send you a periodic WhatsApp digest of activity on your profile.

A website build is a separate, optional service, quoted as a fixed price by scope. A site we build for you includes location and service pages, structured data and a WhatsApp enquiry button, matched to your Google profile, with an optional monthly care plan for hosting and edits. Website work is agreed and quoted before it begins.

Your responsibilities

  • You confirm you own or manage the Google Business Profile you connect.
  • You keep your WhatsApp number and email up to date so approvals and alerts reach you.
  • You use the service for a legitimate business and comply with Google's own content policies.

Billing

Subscriptions are billed through Razorpay, monthly or annually, in Indian Rupees. No setup fee on the Reviews and Reviews + Posts plans; a website build is quoted separately. If a payment fails, you get a 3-day grace period, after which the service pauses until payment resumes. We alert you on WhatsApp and email before pausing anything.

Cancellation

Cancel anytime, no lock-in, no questions. Your plan runs until the end of the current billing period and simply does not renew. Your Google connection is revoked on cancellation.

Refunds

Monthly plans: no partial refunds; cancelling stops the next charge. Annual plans: within the first 30 days, we refund the unused months in full if you are not happy. After 30 days, annual plans are refunded pro-rata for full unused months. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7 working days. Website builds follow the rule in our Refund Policy.

Fair limits

One subscription covers one business location. The service is provided as-is; we work hard to keep it running but we are not liable for Google, WhatsApp or payment provider outages beyond our control. Our total liability is capped at the amount you paid us in the last 3 months.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in Hyderabad, Telangana having jurisdiction.
